Our Story
When glass recycling was removed from the curbside pickup program, it was a big change for everyone. With glass no longer being collected with other recyclables, finding the time to transport it to the designated purple bins became a challenge, resulting in large amounts of glass being discarded with regular trash.
Frustrated with the piles of glass they never had time to recycle and having grown up in Fairfax County, our founder, Kai, created Bottle2Bin to make everyone's lives a little easier. With a passion for sustainability and a deep-rooted love for our community, Bottle2Bin is determined to bring positive change to Fairfax County.
